Orders & shipping
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after you order (weekends don't count). During busy launches or peak season, please allow up to 5 business days. You'll get a shipping confirmation email the moment it's on its way.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Once shipped:
· United States: 5–7 business days (a little longer for Hawaii & Alaska)
· International: 7–15 business days
Delivery windows are estimates and can shift slightly during holidays.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking number and link. You can also use the order tracker above. Can't find it? Email hello@quasiofficial.us and we'll pull it up for you.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Our warehouse starts preparing orders right away, so once an order is placed it's already in motion and can't be changed or cancelled. Please double-check your shipping details before checkout. If something's urgent, message us fast at hello@quasiofficial.us and we'll do our best.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive in 7–15 business days.

Q: How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
A: We make it easy! You can manage or cancel anytime through our customer portal, or just drop us a line at hello@quasiofficial.us and we'll take care of it for you.
Please include your order number or the email address used at checkout so we can locate your account quickly.
Q: How do I skip or delay my next shipment?
A: Still working through your current stash? Skip or push back your next shipment yourself in the customer portal, or message us at hello@quasiofficial.us before your renewal date and we'll do it for you — so nothing ships before you're ready.
Q: Can I change my frequency, products, or shipping address?
A: You can update your delivery frequency or shipping address any time in the customer portal. Or if you prefer, just email hello@quasiofficial.us and we'll happily make the changes for you.
Q: I was charged for a renewal I wasn't expecting — what now?
A: This usually means an active subscription is still on your account. Once a renewal is charged, the order begins preparing at our warehouse right away, so it follows our standard order policy. Email hello@quasiofficial.us and we'll help sort it out, and make sure future renewals are paused.
Q: The website says I don't have a subscription, but I'm still being charged?
A: It may be linked to a different email or payment method. Try logging into our customer portal with the email you used at checkout.

Q: How often should I use the product?
A: It varies by product! Head to our how-to-use page to find how often and how to use each one.
Q: Are the masks suitable for sensitive skin?
A: Our formulas are designed to be gentle and are loved by sensitive-skin customers. As with any new skincare, we always recommend a quick patch test on your inner arm first. If irritation appears, discontinue use.
Q: Can I use them while pregnant or breastfeeding?
A: Yes — our masks are gentle and designed to be safe for everyone. That said, since we don't know your individual medical history, we always recommend checking with your doctor before adding any new product to your routine.
Q: How should I store my masks?
A: Keep them somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight, and sealed until you're ready to use them. Pop one in the fridge beforehand for an extra-refreshing, de-puffing finish.
Q: Do the masks have a shelf life?
A: Yes — our masks have a shelf life of about 3 years. You'll find the expiry date printed on the packaging; for the best results and freshness, use within the date shown.

Returns & policy
Q: What's your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 10 days of delivery (based on the tracking date). Items need to be unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. To start, email hello@quasiofficial.us and we'll send the return address and instructions. Full details live in our refund policy.
Q: How do I start a return or refund?
A: Just email hello@quasiofficial.us with your order number and reason. We'll approve it and share where to send your package. Please wait for approval first — returns sent without it can't be accepted, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Q: My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
A: So sorry about that! Reach out within 10 days of delivery with a quick photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll make it right.
Q: I think I was charged but don't see an order — help?
A: No worries. Send us the email address or name used at checkout and we'll track it down right away. Most billing questions are sorted within a day.
